What does the Indiana Department of Child Services Do?

Theresa Abell, who is the Family Case Manager in the Permanency Division for Lake County Department of Child Service, spoke to the Duneland Exchange Club about DSC and her role within the department. Theresa has worked for DCS for 12 years, and she has a Bachelors of Art degree in Psychology from Indiana University Northwest.
